TOP FEEDER

Automatic suction cup Top Feeder is designed to handle materials from 220 g/m2 up to 800 g/m2

Equipped with 5 or 6 sets of forwarding suckers and powerful vacuum pump imported from

　Germany or Japan, ensuring smooth transportation of top sheets.

Standard with 2-section table allowing the operation to do pre-loading on the lower section

　table during machine running to save down time.

Optional with Pre-loading Device outside of Top Feeder to increase production efficiency.

SUBSTRATE SHEET FEEDER

Bottom Feeder for corrugated board with suction belts to handle materials from 270 - 800 g/m2

SBL Laminator is available to provide different Feeder Suction type to suit your most job demanding,

　such as wider or bending corrugated board, heavy double wall corrugated board

REGISTRATION SYSTEM and PRECISION GLUING UNIT

The top and bottom sheets are registered automatically from the back-push as well as the operation side

　guide while they are on the feeding table way, thus ensuring 6000 sheets per hour maximum speed and

　remaining accuracy within +/- 1.5 mm at the lead and back, +/- 0.5 mm on the side guide..

Available with transparent acrylic on the Feeder Table is easy to observe the grooved Glue Roller.

The Gluing Unit for accurate application of cold PVA glue is equipped with automatic glue dispenser directly

　connected to the glue container.

The glue is automatically kept under control by a detect sensor, for a consistent supplement and stop at

　an accurate level.

Special designed with grooved glue roller is easy to glue evenly for a wide variety of substrates

SHINGLE PRESSURE BELT and STACKING TABLE

Shingle pressure belt is a continuous running rubber belt to remain perfect lamination.

Stacking table for the stacking of finished products

Both Pressure Belt Station and Stack Table are raised to operators height for User-friendly.
